- Do I have to purchase the Plus Mobile package for attendees to be able to access the schedule on their phones?
- No, attendees can still access the normal web version of the schedule on their phones or sync their schedules using the iCal export option available on their profile page. The web version is still usable on mobile phones but it is not optimized for speed, usability and offline storage like the Mobile Web App is. The web version also can't be customized with a loading screen, banner image and home screen icon.
- Once I've purchased the Plus Mobile package, how do attendees access the mobile web app?
- Once the Plus Mobile package is activated, your attendees can access the site on their mobile device by visiting yoursite.sched.org. SCHED* will automatically serve them the mobile web app and suggest they install it to their home screen.
- How do attendees access the site on the their iPad?
- Attendees can access the site on their iPad by visiting yoursite.sched.org. SCHED* will automatically serve them a compatible version of the site.
- Do I need to provide graphics for the mobile web app?
- Yes, once you've upgraded you can upload your mobile assets including a custom loading screen, header image and app icon.
- How do I access the mobile site?
- Once you've upgraded, SCHED* will automatically serve the mobile web app to all mobile devices when visiting yoursite.sched.org
