- How do I upgrade my package?
- Go to the Upgrade Form and choose the package you want. Once there, input the information and follow the directions on the page. You will need a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or a PayPal account to process your upgrade.
- What type of payment do you accept?
- We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and PayPal money transfers.
- Can you send me a W-9 form?
- You can request a W-9 form by emailing sales@sched.org.
- Can I pay by check?
- In rare instances, we will also accept checks however no services will be rendered until payment is received and cleared in full. You will still be able to add data and manage your site.
- Do you accept purchase orders?
- We do not accept purchase orders.
- Can we set up a payment plan?
- At this point in time, we do not accept payment plans.
- Do you have special pricing for non-profits, universities or other groups in need?
- We strive to provide the lowest pricing possible for all of our clients so at this point we do not offer discounts of any kind.
- Can we pay for multiple events in advance?
- Contact us at sales@sched.org and we will process your request.
- Do you provide discounts for purchasing multiple events in advance?
- We do not provide discounts for purchasing multiple events in advance.
- Can you send us an invoice? Can you send us a receipt?
- You will receive an electronic receipt after payment is processed.
- I want to upgrade but don't have the budget to pay for it. I'm willing to offer a sponsorship on our website. Who should I contact?
- Unfortunately at this time we do not do barter arrangements for sponsorships.
