Take A Live Demo

  1. Click Here and sign in with the below username and password.

  2. Select "Sessions" and then "Create A Session" to add new information.
  3. Input the required information and select "Save Session" to make a new session.
  4. Select "Sessions" at the top of the page to return to the Sessions page.
  5. Select any of the underlined headings in the table to sort by that category.
  6. Use the global search to find what you're looking for fast!
  7. Select "Venue" to review and manage room and/or building details. Choose a Venue and select "Edit" to see sessions happening in that location and to edit venue details.
  8. Select "Settings" at the top of the page to edit your conference or festival's overall details like start/end dates and event name.
  9. While still on the Settings tab, invite your colleagues to the Session Manager Demo by typing in their emails, clicking search and following the next steps. They will automatically receive an invitation with a username and password.
  10. On the Settings tab, select "Download session data" to export your information in an Excel or Word file.
  11. Select "Preview" to view and interact with a fully functioning demo version of the Social Scheduling Package powered by the current data.

You can export your information in a word document, excel file or via our application programming interface.
Can I invite the other members of my team to the Session Manager for my event? Is there a limit to the number of administrators?
There is no limit to the number of administrators. Add your colleagues using their email address. They will be sent an email giving them a username and password to sign in.
