The ANZCA organizers chose SCHED* for it's superior presentation of schedule data and simple admin interface, allowing them complete control over their online and mobile content. They did not believe their attendees would use many of SCHED*'s social and personalization features but, to their surprise, 50-60% of attendees used the application and 20% of attendees created a personalized schedule. SCHED* proved such a success that the organizers are implementing SCHED* again for their upcoming Combined Scientific Meeting with The Hong Kong College of Anesthetists.

Canadian Cardiovascular Congress ("CCC")
After evaluating several vendors and testing the software, the CCC chose SCHED* for their 2010 annual meeting. The organizers found adding 430+ sessions to their site to be very simple. They exported their session data from their existing database and used the spreadsheet template to upload and manage their online schedule. The organizers took advantage of SCHED*'s multi-language capabilities by delivering the schedule in both English & French for their 3,800+ attendees.
